r é n Community Foundation began as an idea from our founder Jo Soo-Tang.

Through our introductions, young people work in the city's most exclusive kitchens, giving them invaluable life experience. This goes beyond kitchens too - r é n has helped young people gain work across different industries, and transformed and empowered lives in the process.

Our beneficiaries are individuals and communities facing various challenges that hinder their potential. They come from diverse backgrounds, each with unique stories and needs.

The YES programme by r é n Community Foundation supports youths on their road to independence, through the provision of vocational training, employment opportunities, and career support post-employment.
